2. Local-First Architecture

ClawSky Desktop is designed with a local-first architecture. Your conversations, knowledge bases, documents, and AI Agent data are stored locally on your device. When you use ClawSky Cloud, request content is temporarily transmitted only as needed to generate a response; ClawSky Cloud does not store or log your prompts, conversations, attached content, or AI-generated outputs.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account information: email address, display name, and password hash when you create a ClawSky account.
• Payment information: billing details processed through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit card number.
• Cloud service metadata: API call error information, token usage, request counts, rate-limit events, account/subscription status, and abuse-prevention signals.
• Usage analytics: anonymized usage statistics (feature usage, crash reports) to improve our products. You can opt out in Settings.
• Support communications: information you provide when contacting our support team.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve our products and services.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send important product updates and security notifications.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Comply with legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Services

When you connect your own API key, your prompts are sent to the AI model provider you configure. When you use ClawSky Cloud or managed AI features, request content is temporarily transmitted to third-party model providers used to generate responses, including MiniMax. These providers have their own privacy policies. ClawSky Cloud does not store or log your prompts, conversations, attached content, or AI-generated outputs.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your account data. Since your core data resides locally, you maintain direct control over its security.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your local data at any time by removing it from the app. To delete your account and associated cloud service metadata, contact us at [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

ClawSky is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

Terms of Service

This service is provided and operated by HANG ZHOU ZHI YU SHU XIN XI JI SHU YOU XIAN GONG SI.

This service operates internationally. International payments are processed through Merchant of Record providers (Paddle, Polar.sh, Dodo Payments) acting as the seller of record on behalf of the operating entity above.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClawSky Desktop ("the Software") or any ClawSky services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

2. Description of Service

ClawSky Desktop is an AI Agent workstation that provides chat, knowledge base management, writing tools, and automation capabilities. The Software runs locally on your device and may connect to third-party AI services.

ClawSky is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, MiniMax, or any other supported model provider. Provider and model names are referenced only to describe compatible user-configured API connections or managed AI services used to operate ClawSky Cloud.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Paid subscriptions (Pro) are billed monthly. Prices are in USD.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except as permitted by applicable law).
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, licensing restrictions, or security measures.
• Abuse the managed service through automated bulk requests, stress testing, scraping, or other usage beyond normal personal use.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

ClawSky and its logo are trademarks of HANG ZHOU ZHI YU SHU XIN XI JI SHU YOU XIAN GONG SI. The Software and its original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using the Software belongs to you.

6. Open Source Components

ClawSky Desktop includes open source components licensed under their respective licenses. A full list of open source components and their licenses is available in the Software's "About" section and on our Open Source page.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND VERIFYING ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HANG ZHOU ZHI YU SHU XIN XI JI SHU YOU XIAN GONG SI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use paid features ceases immediately. You may export your local data at any time before or after termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, P.R. China.

Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

• Monthly subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you have not substantially used paid features. After 7 days, no refund is available for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
• Annual subscriptions: You may request a pro-rated refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, no refund is available, but you may cancel to prevent auto-renewal.
• Renewal charges: If you forgot to cancel before auto-renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that renewal period.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email and order details. We will process your request within 5 business days.

3. Exceptions

• Refunds are not available if your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
• Promotional or discounted purchases may have different refund terms, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
